Know your neighborhood, know yourself. This is the way of Excelsior, San Francisco. Everyone needs a wind resistant Coach’s Jacket made out of a waterproof nylon fabric. This jacket sold out in a few days last Fall, and we decided to bring it back for the upcoming season.
